So what is Cover your Hair? It is a awesome online store that has many hair accessories that all girls love. We got a gorgeous Flower Thin headband and my oldest especially loves it. She is almost 14 and thinks this is the most stylish headband ever. It is definitely adorable on and so well made. I love the print and colors. The thin elastic is great because it is easy to put on and isn't too bulky. We love it!

We also got a solid Pashmina Shawl. My oldest two are totally goo-goo over shawls and scarfs right now. It is apparently the in thing. This is a nice big shawl so you can do all the fashionable styles with it. It is soft and silky. We love the color and it goes with everything they where which they love. Cooking time: 50 minutes
1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled, plus extra for greasing
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
5 eggs, separated
2/3 cup superfine sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons Nielsen-Massey Vanillas vanilla extract or paste
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water, making sure the surface of the water does not touch the bowl.
3. In a large bowl, beat together the egg yolks and sugar until pale, using an electric hand mixer. Beat in the cooled, melted butter, then sift in the flour and baking powder and fold in.
4. Separate the batter into two large bowls. Fold the vanilla into one of the bowls and the melted chocolate into the other. In a large, clean, dry bowl, whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks, then gently fold half of the egg whites into each cake batter.
5. Spoon layers of the batter alternately into the prepared pan, then run through a toothpick or skewer two or three times to create a marbled effect. KidSwitch Light Switch Extender

Do you have a toddler that wants to do stuff themselves? How about one that loves to turn on and off their own light switch? I know all my kids went through this stage. It always hits around 2 and they are too short to turn on and off the light. The worse is during potty training and they wont use the restroom because they cant turn the light on. Well now they can do it themselves with KidSwitch.

About KidSwitch:
KidSwitch is a glow-in-the-dark light switch extender, that can be used with either toggle or decora style light switches. KidSwitch can be installed and used on any single, double, triple, or more toggle or decora style switch plate. (For decora switches, the adapter is required). KidSwitch extends down 12" from the switch, allowing toddlers to safely reach and operate room lights.

I think this is a great idea and only wish it was around when my kids needed it. My kids would of loved it and they would of felt just like big kids. It is easy to install and it even glows in the dark so if they get up at night to go potty they can find their light switch. That is awesome. So check this out today. They are very affordable and so much fun!

Chem Dry Carpet Stain Extinguisher review and clean carpet tips

With 6 kids my carpets get put through it all. Poor carpet has had every kind of stain put on it. Now with fall here my carpets are going to see mud, snow, and alot more inside traffic. Keeping carpets clean is difficult at any time of the year, but when you combine messy art projects, mud-filled soccer games and spilt lunch boxes, maintaining clean carpets comes as even more of a challenge. Chem-Drythe world’s leading carpet and upholstery cleaning service, is helping parents maintain a clean and healthy home during the back-to-school transition by sharing home remedies to remove common school-related stains.
I got a awesome chance to try out Chem Dry spot remover. I was uncertain at first because I have tried everything out on the market and most dont help at all. So when I got it I tried it on two stains. One was a old food stain and the other was a fresh pizza sauce stain. The Chem Dry took out the pizza sauce stain almost immediately which was amazing. The old stain it didnt completely remove but it did lighten it so its alot hard to notice. I am impressed! Definitely worth buy so pick some up today!
Here are some awesome tips to help keep those stains at bay.
·         Crayons. Vacuum all crayon particles out of the area. Remaining small crayon bits that have adhered to carpet fibers can be removed by placing a brown paper grocery bag over the area and applying a heated iron to the bag for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat as needed.
·         Watercolors. Using a paper towel, blot the stain with warm water, pressing gently to draw up as much paint as possible. Next, mix 1/8 cup of ammonia with one cup of cold water in a spray bottle and spray the solution over the stain, letting it sit for two to three minutes. Blot up more of the watercolor stain with fresh paper towels. Then, mix one tablespoon of dish soap with two cups of water in a spray bottle and spray the stain. Blot the final traces of the paint with fresh paper towels. Finally, rinse the soap out of the carpet with tap water and dry the area with a white towel.
·         Mud. Don’t be too quick to scrub the stain. Instead, allow the mud to dry and then vacuum the area. Next, mix 1/4 teaspoon of a translucent liquid dishwashing detergent with two cups of water and use a white cloth to gently dab the spot repeatedly until the stain is gone.
·         Juice Box. Mix one tablespoon of liquid hand washing detergent with two cups of warm water. Using a sponge, blot the juice stain to remove as much of the liquid as possible, then spray the area with lukewarm water and blot the stain again by applying pressure. If the stain persists, mix one tablespoon of ammonia with two cups of warm water and sponge the solution into the carpet, blotting the area until the juice stain disappears. Follow by sponging with cool water, then blot dry.

Fun Friday crafts- DIY Chalkboard Mason Jar candle

Supplies:
1 Mason Jar
1 Baby Food Jar – yes, baby food. It’s a jar and super cute!
Painter’s Tape
Sharp knife
Black Chalkboard Spray Paint
Chalk
Baker’s Twine or other rustic twine
Candles

Directions:
1.Place a strip of the painter’s tape on the jars and draw a heart. Using your knife, cut around the heart and remove the excess tape, leaving the heart taped to the jar.

2.Take your jar and your spray paint to a well ventilated area (meaning outside) and spray the jar(s) evenly. Let the jars dry. It won’t take long. Once dry, take the sharp point of your knife and carefully remove the painter’s tape heart.

3.Once thoroughly dry, use the chalk to trace little dotted lines around the heart. Take the baker’s twine and wrap around the top part of the jar and you’re done!! Now you can place candles in the jars, or, an even better idea are those flameless candles that will last all night and be safe too!

Sneaky Chef Foods

Do your kids fight you to eat healthy or to eat their vegetables? I have been pretty lucky with my kids they all love most vegetables but there are a few it took them a bit to warm up to. The hardest one for me to get my kids to eat like squash and zucchini. I have started making foods with them in it to where they don't know they are in there. So when I heard about Sneaky Chef Foods I had to check it out!

Sneaky Chef Foods is a new nutritious line of foods designed to improve children’s health by helping parents easily feed their kids the veggies they need in the foods they already love. Kids usually love spagetti and peanut butter and jelly so why not sneak it into foods like that? Well thats what Sneaky Chef Foods did!

The Sneaky Chef Pasta Sauces are made with tomatoes and eight hidden veggies include cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, yellow squash, celery, and onion. These versatile and convenient sauces contain a full serving of vegetables in every 1/2 cup and are available in two delicious flavors, including Smooth Red and Cheesy Red.

The Sneaky Chef No-Nut-Butter is 100 percent peanut, tree nut, gluten free, BPA free, no artifical flavors or colors and soy free spreads made from naturally sweet and nutty golden peas that are perfect for kids, especially those who suffer from nut allergies. This product is ideal for sandwiches, cookies or straight out of the jar.

Our Opinion:
My older 4 weren't fond of the No-Nut butter. They said you can definitely tell its not peanut butter. The younger 2 ate it and didn't say anything about it so apparently if they noticed they didn't care lol. The sauces were ok though. My kids ate it and said it taste like spagetti sauce with a little different after taste but it was still good and they would eat it again. Overall I think for younger kids who haven't experience the other stuff as long or for kids allergic to nuts thses are awesome. I will buy the sauce again but probably not the No-Nut butter but this would be great alternative for allergies! So pick up some Sneaky Chef Foods today adn get your kids eating their vegetables!

FucoThin Green Review

I am honestly not a great dieter or exerciser. Its not that I don't like it: it's that I have no motivation. I love yummy healthy foods like salads, soups and fruits and veggies. I could eat them all day everyday but then I get bored or out someplace and see a candy bar or donut and think well its fast and easy and one isn't too bad. Then with exercise I get bored easily! With the boost of energy it gives me I can get things done. This alone has made me want to keep taking FucoThin Green!
