Roxio Creator 2009 review!

Roxio sent me this awesome program to try and I have to say it was alot easier to use then I thought it was gonna be. Everything was so self explanatory. I love the photo editing stuff. I can make cards, calenders and edited the pictures. I can touch them up , remove red eyes, changed the to sepia or black and white photos. I can even make a panorama photo collage that is awesome.

It is even allows you to make slide shows and videos for the special occasions. I am gonna make a slide show of all the pictures from Destiny's first year and show it during her 1st birthday party! That would even be great for wedding, 50Th birthdays, or anniversaries.

It has a video section that you can upload your home videos and edit them with their neat editing tools and then burn them to DVDs like a pro. I have a lot of videos of my kids dance competitions, recitals, concert, choir, soccer games, and birthday still sit around so this is a great feature for me to get them on to DVDs to watch them or to send to family members to watch.

Another great feature if your like me and hate all the Cd's around your house or car Roxio Creator has a solution. It has a section where you can upload your songs from your computer or Cd's select the songs you like and put them all on a play list and burn them to a CD with only the songs you would so you can get rid of all those Cd's and combine them into one CD. That is great for me and great so I don't have to keep skipping songs on the CD to get to the ones I like them changing Cd's to new ones.

Dot Girl Products review!!

I was excited to receive this kit to review. My daughter is 10 and is asking all those growing up questions and I am like oh know what to say how to explain. I had a terrible experience with my first period. I got it and it didn't stop for over a month until they did a D&C to stop the bleeding. I was hemorrhaging. I guess i was supposed to start months earlier and didn't so i had so much build up. So since then I have never had normal periods. Just heavy , painful , periods. So I am definitely not gonna tell her my horror story. She would be scared for life haha.

This kit had everything i needed to just briefly get her to some what know about growing up and the changes that are gonna happen to her. It came with a couple pads, a coupon to get a pack free, a heating pad, a couple discreet bags to put soiled pads in to throw them away, a couple hand wipes, a period calendar to chart their period, and a 1st period guide to give them a little info about whats gonna happen, and it all comes in this cute discreet small pouch.

This kit is perfect for those growing up girls we have but don't want to realize it lol. In this kit it says girls can start anywhere from 8 to 15 so alot younger than i thought haha.Dot girl has some great products and books. I would love to get the period a girls guide and lets talk about s-e-x. They both are something I am nervous about talking about to my kids. I have 5 girls so these will definitely come in handy.

My daughter opinions on this kit: She was excited to receive it. She wanted to read the little book right away! She read it and it was simple enough for her to understand other then a few words she need help saying and the little dictionary in the back was awesome to explain the terms. She wanted to show her friends but I told her it wasn't something that she could share unless their mothers said it was OK lol. "I like it. It makes me know more about periods. Now I am ready for when it is here."

My Precious Kid Review!!

I think any mother or Father out there that wants safety products for their kids needs to check out My Precious Kid. They have anything and everything for safety, plus more. I got this wonderful medical id bracelet. If any of you have little kids with medical issues like I do then you know how hard it is to find a medical id small enough to fit kids without paying hundreds of dollars through the hospitals. I have 3 kids with hemophilia and cant afford to pay those prices. Luckily my son is old enough now i put a tag for his Hemophilia and Asthma on his necklace. My 4 year old and my 2 year old don't wear a necklace and if i put one on it usually get broke so yeah doesn't work.

This bracelet is great. It is stylish and fun. There is other styles my girls just love the camo like their brother. I love that it is Velcro all the way around the bracelet for ultimate hold and versatile sizes. The medical id symbol it right on the front of the bracelet and easily noticeable. it also let them know that the id card is inside the bracelet. You open it half way and find a small little pouch and there is the card you write their Allergies, Medications, disorders or medical conditions, you can even write your name and phone number for emergencies on there.

My precious Kid has all kids of Ids. I love the lost and found id tattoos what a great idea for the trips to zoo, amusement parks, mall, etc. They have great safety car seats, sippy cups, alert alarms, safety DVDs for your kids and even computer games for the kids to learn about safety and so much more . You really need to check it out to really get the whole idea. Tc and Company Review

Tc & Company sent me some awesome Black Vanilla Orchid hand and body lotion, pineapple cake Shea butter & soy lotion, and Sweet Essence Shea & soy body butter. I have to say it is a great company with great products.

The Black Vanilla Orchard hand and body lotion has to be my ultimate favorite smell and the lotion made my rough cracked hand so soft and smooth. They felt like silk. I love it!!! I couldn't stop feeling and smelling my hands lol! I love Vanilla anything and to have a great smell and a lotion that works miracles that is the best combination.

The Pineapple Cake Shea Butter & Soy lotion is also wonderful. It actually smells like a pineapple chap stick haha. Its not a bad smell I promise it is really good smell. The Shea butter gives it that almost cocoa butter smell too which I like because i used it when I was preggo on my itchy and stretched out stomach. It leaves your hands so smooth.

The Sweet Essence Shea & Soy Body Butter is alot thicker than the lotions which I love for my feet. My feet are cracked , peeling , all together a mess. This body butter was thick enough to rub into my feet and stay put. It soaked in and stayed on. My feet now are so smooth and soft. I have honestly tried so many lotions on my feet even medicated one and nothing has even come close to soften them and this did. I was shocked and excited to finally find something that works.

I have told all my family about it because of wonderful these products are. Easy Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (16 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Mini Brownie Bites Bar Dough
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, divided
1 cup miniature marshmallows1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
Grease 8-inch-square baking pan.
PLACE whole brownie bar in prepared pan.
Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes.
Using fingertips, pat dough gently to fill pan.

BAKE for 24 to 26 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky.

SPRINKLE 1/4 cup morsels over hot brownie.
Let stand for 5 minutes or until morsels are shiny; spread evenly over brownie.
Top with marshmallows, remaining morsels and nuts; press down lightly.

BAKE for an additional 5 minutes or just until marshmallows just begin to puff.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cut into bars with wet knife. Serve warm.


These are the yummiest brownies ever I love them and so do everyone I make them for !!

Slim Perfect is Perfect!!!

I honestly have not got to wear this yet as there is snow on the ground here in freezing Utah but I am excited for spring and summer because this is gonna be used alot. It is such a great outfit. It is multifunctional. I can use it to go to the pool, to workout, to lay out, even to go out.

I love the soft silky material and how stretchy it is. I love the tummy support because after giving birth to 5 kids pregnancy has not made my tummy pretty lol. I have tried it on and it fit wonderfully. I even love the extra padding and support in the breast area cause pregnancy has done them wrong too.

The Top is so pretty. I could even use it as a shirt to go out in add some jeans or skirt and I'm good to go. I love the pink trim it really makes it stand out and not look so out of fashion. The is so in as the kids say haha.

The skort I love because it is a skort. I am so self conscience now with kids and I love having shorts under my skirts. You never know when you kids will come up and lifted you skirt trust me mine have. Joys of being a mommy! I also love the length. Its not too short and not the long skirts either. I have great mobility in it to stretch and move.

Da Bib is Da Best!!!

I had a awesome chance to try out these amazing bibs. They are definitely the best. I love how wide they are so it covers my kids whole front. They are also plenty long enough to cover everything too. I love the crumb catcher since my two year old high chair has such a big space between my daughter and the tray so with the crumb catcher it catches all the food which means less mess for me to clean up. I also love how the seam for the crumb catcher is on the outside so that food doesn't get stuck in it.

The smaller bib called Hugs is great that it is lined with the waterproof material on the back so when that formula soaks through or the slobber soaks through it doesn't soak their outfits. Plus the terry cloth front is sooo soft i love it. though it is the smaller one is is still almost as big as the bigger kids ones. No little tiny bibs you see at the stores that cover their neck and that's it.

The bigger bib is called Giggles is made of the water proof material on both sides and its not plastic like most bibs Ive gotten and they crack over time. This one will not do that and it is so easy to clean just wipe off and clean. They are both machine washable and shrink resistant too which is awesome.

I love the collars on both of them they are adjustable Velcro actual collars and they attach in the front for easy removal and so comfortable. So if you have kids, grand kids, or need a great present for someone with kids this is the thing to get. I want to replace all my bibs with Da Bibs. No more Tissue use Boogie Wipes review!!

These couldn't of come at a better time with my 11month old battling with a severe sinus infection and her poor nose is draining and is sooo sore. Okay so this week I was practicing making Monkey cupcakes for my baby's 1st birthday next month. I am having a monkey themed party for her since her nickname is chunky monkey. so since i am gonna make them instead of buying them i figured i better practice to make sure this is gonna work.

Monkey Cupcakes

1 box of banana bread mix or you can make the real stuff I am just lazy
1 jar of chocolate frosting
1 jar of butterscotch frosting or any lighter brown or creme colored frosting
1 bag of M&M's
1 tube of red gel cake decorating gel
1 box of nilla wafers



first I mixed up the banana bread mix and poured it into the cupcake pan It made 12 cupcakes. I baked it according to the box recipe.


second after I let the cupcakes cool I frosted them with the chocolate frosting.


next I frosted the bottom half with the butterscotch frosting


I then drew a a smile with the red gel


next I put the M&M's on for the eyes


I then took a tooth pick to dab chocolate frosting on the butterscotch part for the nose nostrils


last i took the nilla wafer broke them in half and added some frosting on the ends of them to add it to the monkey cupcakes as the ears. And here is how it turned out!

It was really easy. Way easier than I thought it was going to be. They turned out really cute now all i have to do is by the cupcake tower holder for her birthday. I am excited! now I just have to search for more monkey toys and clothes and shoes for her presents and make her blue and brown tutu and monkey onsie unless i can find one to buy haha!

A Soldier's Flowers Review!

A Soldiers Flowers has the best and stylish hair barrettes ever. I got this awesome assortment above and am very pleased with them. I love the new bottle cap styles. They are the cutest! I am also a big flower barrette fan because you can get all kinds of flowers to match any outfit. A soldiers Flowers has a lot of great barrettes and hats and headbands.


Their stuff is made very well. My 11 month old got a hold of one and was able to pull the bottle caps off or the flower which is great since she tries to even pull them out of her cute little red hair lol. Nix Socks Review!

I have had the awesome opportunity to review these great socks by Nix. They are really great. They are really warm and thick. I love that! I love that they have socks to match everything in your little angels closet. I am a matching freak when it comes to dressing my kids to go out haha. These socks are one of the best socks I have ever found for my kids. Most are so thin that they wear through them in a few weeks these one I have a feeling will be handed down because they are that strong.

Another feature I love is these socks stay put. My little girl hates shoes and socks with a passion so no sooner do I put them on they are back off. The Toy Wrangler ( http://luvloo.com/ )is a great thing to have if you ever have kids like me who throw their bottles and cups out of the highchair or shopping cart and even carseats. My kids think it is a game to throw it then have me pick it up. Haha No more not with LuvLoo's Toy Wrangler great little straps. They velcro straps to strap to either the sippy cup or the the highchair or carseat whatever you need and the other side is a great teething ring the hooks to the bottle or hoos on the shopping cart or just for the kids to chew on. plus you can hook your kids favorite toys to it also.

I absolutely love this. I wish they had it when my 1st born was a baby. she broke and lost so many bottles and sippy cups yi yi yi! I love how simple and cute it is.
